Should you sell your home as a FSBO, I believe I too will have succeeded... in a couple of ways.

First, as my mission statement says, "my goal is to help you achieve yours".  When you do sell your home, any part that I have contributed in that success is a positive result.  Also, in working with you and developing a relationship it is my hope that my demonstrated abilities and character will result in your recommendation of me to those you know who might be buying or selling their home.

  • I ask, if you are satisfied with my efforts and services, that you will refer me to your friends, family and co-workers.  My business is built on referrals.
  • If you have not found a buyer and are thinking of listing your home, I ask that you will allow me the opportunity to interview to be the listing agent for your home.  The request is for 30 minutes of your time to consider my approach for selling your home.  Statistically, if a for-sale-by-owner home seller does not sell their home within 3 weeks of putting their home on the market, the FSBO homeowner will decide to list their home with a real estate agent.  I would appreciate the opportunity to interview to be that agent.
